Students eligible for admissions to grades 9 to 12 at DCS must demonstrate the ability to perform at grade level in the school's college prepatory program.  As a result, for purposes of admission to grades 9 through 12, the school shall require students to have achieved a current unweighted minimum GPA of 2.0 and will require the following:

1.   Teacher recommendation
2.   Writing samples
3.   Standardized test scores
4.   School records, including academic, attendance, and disciplinary records from the previous years -
Academic reports from 2006-2007 and 1st grading period of 2007-2008 school year

6.   Other valid indicators of academic performances

Each student shall be required to provide the same documentation and the school shall uniformly apply its admission standards.
